Terms of use of the evaluation copy of SX fidelity Amplifier: The evaluation copy of SX Fidelity Amplifier (SoundXciter) is provided on an "as is" basis, and Sound Genetics (Licensor) disclaims any and all other warranties, conditions, or representations (express, implied, oral or written), relating to the SX Fidelity Amplifier or any part thereof, including, without limitation, any and all implied warranties of quality, performance, merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Once downloaded, SX Fidelity Amplifier should not be modified by user (Licensee) or copied to another computer. Other then as specifically permitted, Licensee may not use the SX Fidelity Amplifier for commercial purposes, including but not limited to the sale of the SX fidelity Amplifier, its reproduction by part or as a whole or distribution of the SX fidelity Amplifier in any form. Licensee may not remove, obscure or modify any copyright or other notices included in the SX Fidelity Amplifier software.
